Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.
- Seats may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.
- In the event of severe weather, illness, or venue closure, BlueWave Mosaics may cancel or reschedule.

Payment Processing
No STRIPE account needed. For your security, peace of mind, and convenience, we process payments securely using STRIPE. Square is a secure and reliable ‘third-party’ payment processor.
How STRIPE Works
STRIPE is an electronic payment processor that allows customers to send money securely without divulging your bank information to the merchant. Making payments with STRIPE is free of charge for the customer. The business receiving the money is responsible for paying any STRIPE transaction fees.
